Love at first sight

Was it really love at first sight when Nori and Watson met? Well, probably not really but they never really hated each other either - you could never hear one mean sound, no hissing or growling, they shared their food from day 1 but of course they still had to get to know each other first. Watson was always really curious but of course he also played the “I’m-the-big-guy-in-the-house”-card and let the poor little kitty suffer by chasing her around and biting her back. Nori never surrendered and no matter how tiny she was compared to this big black cat she always fought back. I guess that’s in her nature after growing up in a litter with all these other male kittens.
But Watson also showed his sweet site…being cuddly, looking after her, cleaning her fur…only that Nori HATED that. She got really bitchy whenever Watson tried to get too close. But about one month ago that changed completely. From one day to the next they became best friends. I believe she just grew out of it and can appreciate Watson’s love now.
I love to see them like that - that’s what I was hoping for when we got a second cat. And of course that doesn’t mean that they don’t chase and torture each other anymore…they still get enough exercise doing that. 
ohhhh… they are so cute… *sighing*
